Order processing

Metro Bloomin orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 3–5 business days after payment is received. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

This processing time is separate from the carrier’s delivery time.

Shipping rates and delivery

Available shipping destinations, shipping options, and charges are shown at checkout before you place your order. Delivery estimates apply after your order has been dispatched. Carrier delays may affect the delivery date.

Tracking and order help

Tracking information is provided when your order ships. If you need help with an address, tracking, or a delayed shipment, use our contact form and include your order number.

Damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us so we can help. We cover return shipping for damaged or incorrect items. See our return and refund policy for details.
